My name is Tori Iwinski, and I am the sole owner and member of VRI Consulting, LLC.

Starting my own business has been a dream of mine for quite some time, and it's incredible to be where I am today with VRI Consulting. 

​

From a young age, I've always been curious and asked way too many questions. Little did I know being that inquisitive kid would lead me down the path of social sciences, research, and data analytics, where I get to ask and answer questions for a living! Research & data analytics have continued to follow me throughout my entire career. Starting from my undergraduate career at IUPUI in the Psychology & Criminal Justice Programs, to my Master's Program in Forensic Psychology at The Chicago School of Professional Psychology, to my years living in Chicago working as a Qualified Mental Health Professional and Head Evaluator for a former employer, to now, doing program evaluation, business intelligence, and data analytics full time in Phoenix. My path my seem indirect, but I've always been naturally drawn to asking and answering the big questions, and as I've continued my journey I realized that what I enjoy most of all is helping bridge knowledge gaps and help teams and organizations learn all about how the information they collect on a daily basis can help guide their next decision.

My background and years of experience not only make me well positioned to be a consultant in this space, but it also makes me someone who knows that data and processes cannot happen without people, and systems that may work in one team may not work with another. By taking on a culture-driven lens, I can help understand your organization's culture and build something that will work for YOU. With my expertise, knowledge and my collaborative attitude, I can help you on your data journey from novice to data-driven decision maker!
